The location is amazing on a quiet area but you need to have a car to reach all the places, it’s not possible to walk anywhere. Considering that this was the cheapest place we found on booking with good reviews for our stay during the last week of June it was a good value for the money.

The beds were comfy and clean, the place is easily accessible from the main station in antibes, it was rather calm, the curtains were thick enough to block the light, the kitchen enough to prepare meals if one needs to, easy access, and the price is very fair.

Very clean room and bathroom, although it is a bit old fashioned. The kitchenette is well equipped and the terrace is okay. The staff is very friendly and polite.

This is good, clean, functional, professionally run accommodation with everything you need for an extended stay, with a mini kitchen etc. the staff are friendly and the other guests respectful. It’s in a blissfully calm location in Sophia antipolis, which is one big pinewood. My balcony gave onto the forest. Delightful.

We phoned to say we'd be a little late and the lady at reception gave us good clear instructions for getting into our studio. The studio is typical of such residences, comfortable and well - equipped with a table and chairs as well as a "breakfast bar" with high chairs. We had a small balcony with a table and two chairs, looking across at pine trees, rather nice on a moonlit night! We couldn't seem to get the WiFi to work that evening but it worked first time next morning.

The room was clean and tidy, as was the bathroom. The heating system was very good for the winter. The beds were quite hard, which I prefer, as most times hotel beds are way too soft for my liking.

First of all, we liked the location in a quiet area 12 km from the hustle and bustle of the city of Cannes, the sound of cicadas, the shade from the pine trees, the underground parking! Kind staff, spacious studio with everything you need for a successful stay. If we reach the area, we will return to Sophia.

Easy to access the location with car. Have small terrace to sit outside during nice weather. The property has washing machine (includes washing detergent) and drier which could be used at a cost of 3.50€(washing) / 2€(drier), so nothing to worry about laundry for people during long stay. WiFi and parking is very good. Travelled with family (kid 7 years old)

Location was great, it is 20-25 minutes from Nice, 10 from Antibes, 15 from Cannes. It is a strategic location to rest and relax. It had everything needed for a comfortable living during the stay: towels, blankets, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans.

Good value for money. Located in a beautiful natural setting away from the crowds. It had everything we needed in the kitchen for simple meals. Direct express bus to Nice 600 metres away for 2.50 euros (takes about 40 minutes). Definitely an affordable option for the area!
