City Résidence Sophia

The location is amazing on a quiet area but you need to have a car to reach all the places, it’s not possible to walk anywhere. Considering that this was the cheapest place we found on booking with good reviews for our stay during the last week of June it was a good value for the money.

Very clean room and bathroom, although it is a bit old fashioned. The kitchenette is well equipped and the terrace is okay. The staff is very friendly and polite.

We phoned to say we'd be a little late and the lady at reception gave us good clear instructions for getting into our studio. The studio is typical of such residences, comfortable and well - equipped with a table and chairs as well as a "breakfast bar" with high chairs. We had a small balcony with a table and two chairs, looking across at pine trees, rather nice on a moonlit night! We couldn't seem to get the WiFi to work that evening but it worked first time next morning.

First of all, we liked the location in a quiet area 12 km from the hustle and bustle of the city of Cannes, the sound of cicadas, the shade from the pine trees, the underground parking! Kind staff, spacious studio with everything you need for a successful stay. If we reach the area, we will return to Sophia.

Location was great, it is 20-25 minutes from Nice, 10 from Antibes, 15 from Cannes. It is a strategic location to rest and relax. It had everything needed for a comfortable living during the stay: towels, blankets, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans.
